• By "joining" a phonebook group conference
• You may receive a call or email to "join the sales group conference". So, simply open the NTS phonebook, highlight the sales group, and select "join conference". It is easy to set up new private or public groups and group-conferences. Most NTS groups are visible to members-only, so in the example above, only members of the sales department can see and join the sales conference.
• By inviting multiple people from the phonebook
• Simply open the NTS phonebook, multi-select desired call participants, and select "Invite to Conference".
• By creating a simple text call, and then enabling video
• It is very easy to create a text call to another NTS user. Once you are in the call, then select the "Join Video" button. Each NTS text call has an associated video call.
• By triggering a Notification template
• Notification "templates" are created are created ahead of time, and are then "triggered" by users. Templates provide control over how notifications are delivered.
