Launch the Feature Tour for NAS (creating templates)

The NTS Notification and Alert Services is a full featured module within NTS that pushes out both voice and text notifications to PCs, voice phones, wireless devices, message-boards, and email addresses in very flexible ways.   An NTS administrator sets up NAS “templates” that govern basic operation, and these templates are then triggered or fired by NTS users, web or phone callers, etc.  A person triggering a template can append an additional text or voice message to be delivered. 

NTS delivers text messages to voice phones as audio recordings or via Text-to-Speech.

If the NTS Notifications and Virtual Conferencing (NaVC) services are installed, notifications can invite their recipients to immediately join a Virtual Meeting.
