Types of Downloads We Offer

Most of our downloadable files will be self-extracting "exe" files. Those that require extra explanation will have Instructions links. Some files are in Adobe Acrobat pdf format and require the Acrobat Reader to view/print. Most of these are located in the Support/Online Docs section of the page. If you do not already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader (R) version 4.0 or higher, please click the link on this page to get the Reader. This is a free utility that allows you to view files with a pdf extension, a common file format found on the Internet.

Misc Downloads

Phonebook Conversion Utility (3.4MB) for NexTalk VM
If you are changing from the 16 bit NexTalk for Windows to the 32 bit NexTalk VM software, you can convert the information in your 16 bit phonebook into the 32 bit format using this utility. View the Readme.txt file for download and conversion instructions.

Voice Modem Drivers

Most of our supported External Serial Voice Modems, use a Windows Standard 56K/V.90 Modem Driver rather than a manufacturer's driver. The exception to this is the MultiTec Systems MT5600ZDXV, see driver files below. For more information on setting up the external voice modems, see the Online Docs page, NexTalk VM Documents.
