Channel Partners

NXi’s Channel Partner program provides opportunities for companies to become Consultants and Dealers for NTS technology. NXi provides sales and technical training and support to their partners, allowing them to maximize the earning potential of selling and supporting NXi’s technology.

Consultants

NXi works with consultants in a variety of ways, from lead generation to involvement in all phases of the procurement process. Some consultants simply pass leads to NXi and are paid commission on the eventual sale. Other consultants receive a higher commission for their involvement in the RFI, RFP and RFQ processes. These channel partners are not involved in system installation and support, but may perform customer training.

Dealers

Dealers are the local "eyes and ears" for NXi. An NTS dealer has sales and support personnel capable of selling, installing and supporting the NTS client-server solutions. A master dealer receives the highest commission, consistently achieves high sales revenues, and installs and supports enterprise-class customers.

System Integrators

System Integrators of telephony equipment, call and contact centers and network infrastructure are all potential channel partners for NXi. NXi provides the ability for its System Integrator channel partners to integrate NXi technology with other solutions to provide a more complete solution.

 

Channel Partner Support

NXi Channel Partners receive training, leads and support resources and participate in joint sales activities. Marketing support for press releases and public relations background is available and some, pre-approved Co-Op marketing funds are available.

Training and certifications

The company offers training opportunities and certification processes to enhance the Channel Partner's knowledge and effectiveness in selling NXi products. The following classes are representative of those being offered:

  • Basic NTS orientation: literature, course material
  • NTS user/admin functionality
  • Sales configuration and pricing of NTS
  • Sales configuration and pricing of hosted services
  • Installation and testing NTS
  • Joint marketing activities with NXi - workshop
  • Telephony hardware and telecommunications installation

RMA procedures

Product returns/testing (RMA) requests can be made over the phone during normal business hours, or you can print our RMA form from this page and fax to us at 801.274.6007. You should do basic troubleshooting with your customers before requesting an RMA. Many problems can be linked to incorrect installation procedures rather than defective hardware. In order to receive an RMA number, you need to describe the problem reported by the customer as well as the troubleshooting steps taken by you to determine whether they have defective hardware or not.

Returns for credit must be approved in advance by us. We guarantee a 60 day money-back trial period within which customers can return products, for any reason, for a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs. We expect our dealers to support this same 60 day return period for our products.
