Channel Partners
NXi's Channel Partner program provides opportunities for companies to become Consultants and Dealers for those companies who specialize in accessibility products for the deaf. For those companies that specialize in telecommunications products and services or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, being an NXi Channel Partner opens doors to many opportunities for System Integrators, Value Added Resellers (VAR) or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). NXi provides sales and technical training and support to their partners allowing them to maximize the earning potential of selling and supporting NXi's technology.
Consultants
NXi works with consultants in a variety of ways to solve accessibility problems from lead generation to involvement in all phases of the procurement process. Some consultants simply pass leads to NXi and are paid commission on the eventual sale. Other consultants receive a higher commission for their involvement in the RFI, RFP and RFQ processes. These channel partners are not involved in system installation and support, but may perform customer training.
Dealers
Dealers represent the largest sales channel for NXi and are the local "eyes and ears" for NXi. There are three levels of dealer, each with different target customers and different responsibilities. A consumer products dealer typically sells other consumer product lines for the deaf, such as TTY's but is not a systems-type organization. An NTS/CCS dealer has more training and has sales and support personnel capable of selling, installing and supporting the NTS and CCS client-server solutions. A master dealer with a significant customer base receives the highest commission, consistently achieves high sales revenues, and installs and supports enterprise-class customers.
System Integrators
System Integrators perform a vital function in the delivery of NXi products together with other systems. System Integrators of telephony equipment, call and contact centers and network infrastructure are all potential channel partners for NXi. NXi provides the ability for its System Integrator channel partners to integrate NXi technology with other solutions to provide a more complete solution. This provides an increased revenue opportunity by adding significant value to the System Integrator's current offerings.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
NXi provides the ability for its OEM partners to integrate NXi technology into their product offering as an embedded component. This provides an increased revenue opportunity by adding significant value to the OEM partner's current offering. It also helps fill out the OEM's product offering and helps meet federal accessibility standards.
